Midlands-based hard rockers THEIA have just made their first album “Take The Pill” available for free download for a limited period. The band have been enthusiastically involved in supporting some charities. This project is only a part of their contribution.

Recently THEIA announced their plan for the next album “The Ghost Light” which the band are returning to the studio to record their third full-length album. The trio aim to keep the ball rolling and get heavier, catchier and more exciting than ever. But before all that begins, the band have let the proceeds from “Take The Pill” to go towards supporting the charity. It is free to download this album now, but all they ask is for people to donate £1 for each download to the charity closest to their hearts, Rock Against Child Pornography and Abuse UK. It is not mandatory, but the charity does such fantastic and important work that they hope you agree that £1 to charity is worth an album of music. “Take The Pill” is a full length album crafted with 10 tracks, which demonstrate a quality hard rock sound with a trace of classic rock. It was originally released in September 2015. Sometimes you forget how young the band are, and almost 3 years ago this talented outfit’s energy and spirit were already high. This is an album you will enjoy every time you give it a spin.

The front man Kyle Lamley says: “We wanted to combine charity fund-raising with a way to give people something in return. Win-win – we hope! Maybe we will reach people who have perhaps heard of us but can’t afford to buy a normal-priced album at the moment for whatever reason.”
