Hailing from the heart of Essex, Colchester, James Burrage is a well recognised singer and songwriter locally. Since winning the Open Mic UK in his late teens, he continues to maintain his musical journey with the emphasis on his vocals.

“Back In The Days” is the third single since he returned to his solo project last year after spending time with his band, The Hemingways. This new song is what he reflects and expresses as being the memories of the good old days. Quite frankly, the lyrics give thought to feelings about current global problems which is affecting our daily lives.  James has crafted this melancholic and atmospheric song with just his voice accompanied by a guitar.
